Post Workout Smoothie / Orange Smoothie

I have been trying to eat healthy lately and drink healthy smoothies as well. I am not really into fruit shakes or smoothies unless it’s a mango shake which is my favorite, but I am trying to drink even just little to give me enough vitamins my body needs. I have started my workout at the gym again starting in January. I do not work out every day as I only depend on when can hubby come with me. There is a week when he is busy at work so we only go to the gym maybe once or twice that week. There are also weeks when he is free, so I am trying to go to the gym at least three times per week.
We all know that fresh fruit smoothies are good. That’s why I am into trying different kinds of smoothies by mixing different kinds of fruits. Today, I am going to share Orange Smoothie. This only includes four kinds of fruits; apple, banana, orange, and lime. Vitamin C is very good, of course, we all know that! This orange smoothie is very good to drink after workouts. I will share more next time.

Orange Smoothie

You will need:

1 banana (sliced)

1 apple (sliced)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 cup fresh orange juice
Direction:
In a blender put all fruits and blend well.
Transfer the smoothie in a glass.
Serve and enjoy!
