Recipe: Stir Fry Pork Noodles

Stir fry pork noodles are something I want to cook when I am hungry or if I just want to eat noodles. I love it and I will always be a pancit canton lover. I normally cooked this for lunch and we eat it with rice. Sometimes I cooked it with chicken also depending on the mood. Stir fry pork noodles are so easy to cook, and today I am sharing this simple and easy recipe. You can add a variety of vegetables in it. For me, I like to add carrots, cabbage, and broccoli, as my daughter loves to eat this kind of vegetables. She really enjoyed this food as much as I do. We both love pasta and noodles.

Stir Fry Pork Noodles / Filipino Pancit Canton

You Will Need:

2 packs of noodles
500 grams of pork slices
1 large carrot (sliced in strips)
1 broccoli (sliced)
1/4 sliced cabbage
2 tablespoon soy sauce (or more to taste)
1 sliced onions
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Direction:

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the pork until it’s slightly cooked or not pink anymore.
Add the sliced onions and garlic and mix them all together.

While the pork is cooking, cook your noodles according to the package direction. Set aside.

Add the sliced carrots to the pan where you cook the pork. Cover the pan and let the carrots cooked for a few minutes.
Add sliced broccoli and cabbage to the pan.
Add soy sauce. (you can add more soy sauce if you want it a little bit salty. I want salty food so I add extra sauce every time.)
Add the noodles to the pan and mix all ingredients together.
Let it cook for a few minutes.
Then, serve and enjoy
